    One serving of walnuts alone is 200 calories and a medium apple is 90 calories. How was the oatmeal only 380-400 calories after you add up the sugar?!

    Subscribed to your channel long ago. Absolutely love your recipes and ideas. Just a tad confused tho... your week is only 4 days long? What happens to the other three days? Hmm... So my gorgeous daughter is looking to lose weight, even though she doesn't need to, but has recently gotten her dream job, working on the yachts in the V&A Waterfront. So, need to do meal prep, for both her and moi, the Mamma 🤗 But like I said, just confused about the other 3 days of the week? Help please!! Thanks so much.     you are amazing! i’m doing 75 hard and the thought of tuna AGAIN and greek yogurt is making me sick 🤮🤮🤮🤮 i’ve tried both your protein coffee banana recipe and this one you just made in the video with the soy milk and when i tried the soy milk one i literally said “oh wow” out loud lol i didn’t expect it to be so yummy! i bought ingredients for your wraps and mexican salad bowl too im so excited to make them- thank you so much for showing eating protein and healthy is fun and delicious! ❤ im gonna binge your videos lol

    I totally love your video. But please PLEASE try to use an alternative to the aluminium foil. Never ever put the food in direct contact with the aluminium foil & heat it up because it can cause cancer. Many greetings and thank you so much ❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉

    I absolutely love these videos. They tick most of my boxes, but I have two small issues. One, I really dislike smoothies and certainly couldn’t have one as a meal. I’d feel completely cheated out of a meal. I’ve tried it and it’s a no from me. Two, I can do the odd sweet breakfast, but to have them every day is a serious challenge for me. I’m in Scotland and I was raised on savoury breakfasts - not full meals but usually toast with something savoury or porridge. Sweet food were always a treat post-dinner or post-supper. Do you have any suggestions? I’ve made a few of your favourite burrito recipes but I took them up a notch by adding a tablespoon (Indian) of lime pickle. They are seriously tasty.
